Super Bowl Sunday is coming up. I put together ten of my favorite party/snack dishes here to help you try something different for your game day this year. Whether you have a few friends over or a large group, any of these will be a nice change or a great addition to your standard Super Bowl fare.
My favorite from the Super Bowl menu always is chicken wings. Who doesn’t like Korean fried chicken? Go with Korean-flavored baked chicken wings if you want to go with a little healthier version. Skewered gochujang shrimp, galbi taco, chicken bulgogi or Korean flavored meatballs (serve with tooth/bamboo picks) will be a big crowd pleaser. Dubu kimchi is a popular drinking snack or appetizer in Korea, especially with Korean rice wine (soju). Tteokbokki and haemul pajeon are among Koreans’ all-time favorite snacks or appetizers to share when gathered around the table with friends and family. Enjoy!
